Mission, Vision & Values

Fajar International College (FIC) is in business to provide the highest standard of education in Occupational Safety and Health, Business Management and Accounting Courses. Thereby providing all our learners with quality outcomes-based education and training driven by the integrity, accountability, professionalism and innovation of our lecturers/trainers and support staff.

We invest in our people and maintain a work environment that is conducive to their physical, mental and spiritual health. We provide them with challenges and rewards to encourage them to make a meaningful contribution to the company, the industry and the community.

In striving to achieve the above, all staff is required to sign the FIC Code of Ethics. In addition we have established and maintain a Quality Management System that clearly reflects our values and mission thereby guaranteeing delivery to our learners.


The History of Fajar International College

Fajar International College, which was started in 1996, We are the FIRST Accredited Training Center for NEBOSH courses in East Malaysia and the business was established in response to a pressing need for part time and full time adult education in the horticultural sector, as well as the challenge to develop and improve the skills of the Malaysia work force. Since its inception, FIC has won a reputation for surpassing learners' needs, developing a wide range of high standard training courses.

Fajar International College currently employs highly qualified full time and part time trainers to ensure all learners are provided with quality outcomes-based education and training driven by their integrity, accountability and professionalism.

Constant attention to detail, continuous staff training and rigorous quality control programmes are the hallmark of Fajar International College’s approach. Regular updates of courses ensure our service fulfils learners and industry’s requirements.
